Certified biodynamic Châteauneuf-du-Pape and small production Chablis Premier Cru. Château Maucoil is a family-owned estate of 45 hectares, farmed organically since 2011 and certified biodynamic since 2014. Château de Chemilly is owned by the Vilain family, with cousins Loïc and Yannick managing both the vineyards and the winemaking. Both wines are superb, hand-crafted examples of their respective, famed appellations.
