Rich and layered Saint-Émilion consisting of 75% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Vines are an average 50 years old and the wine is aged for at least 12 months in a proportion of one-third new oak barrels to two-thirds old concrete tanks.
Dark in colour with aromas of red and black hedgerow fruits and earthy notes of forest floor, this is a wine of great character, rich in fruit yet elegant, and layered with savoury elements, silky tannins and minerality.
