Delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland

You must be over 18 years of age to order and receive wine in Ireland. We provide a weekday (Monday to Friday) delivery service anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery is free on orders over €100 in value to an individual address, while a small delivery charge of €10 will apply to cover our costs on orders less than that.

Multiple delivery addresses

You can choose to send multiple gifts to multiple delivery addresses via our Checkout. To do this, go to Checkout and click on Choose or Add Addresses. Here you can add as many addresses as you like, selecting which gifts are sent where and to whom. You can also add individual gift messages. A delivery charge of €10 will apply to orders to individual addresses of less than €100, otherwise delivery is free.

Create an account

You can save these delivery addresses for future use if you register for an account. Here you can add, edit, save and delete as many addresses as you like, as well as save your billing details. You can track orders and all orders will be saved for future reference. You can even keep a track of favourite purchases. Your privacy and data will be protected at all times and is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Secure payment

You can pay for your wine quickly and securely by Visa, Mastercard or debit card. Our online payment processing is handled by Stripe, one of the world’s leading providers of financial technology services and secure payment software. This means you can pay for your wine in the knowledge that all details submitted are completely safe and secure. We do not directly access, process or retain any card details ourselves.

Pay offline

You may also choose to pay for your order offline, or simply submit an order subject to confirmation. When you select to pay offline one of our team will be in touch to confirm the details of your order along with options on how to pay. We can also issue proforma invoices and full invoices to specified company names.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order right up to the point of dispatch and we will refund your order in full within 7 days.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, you should refuse delivery and ask the courier to return to sender citing cancellation of order. In this event we will refund your order within 7 days of receipt of the order back to our warehouse, up to a maximum of 14 days from the date of our original dispatch.

You can also cancel and return your order up to 14 days after you have received it, however you will be responsible for the safe return to us and all goods must be undamaged and in a resalable condition. A refund as appropriate will be provided within 7 days of receipt by us.
